SES is responsible for all matters related to occupational health & safety (OHS), security, protection against acts of malevolence and emergency management, in compliance with the Host State’s regulations, including the protection of persons and goods, of nuclear materials, of data, and of the health and safety of the workers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinates security-related contracts, service providers and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that activities are delivered in accordance with applicable requirements, schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Monitors the performance and effectiveness of security systems and equipments, identifies issues and improvement opportunities, and coordinates appropriate follow-up actions.
• Establishes and maintains the technical consistency and performance of physical protection and security systems — ensuring that both functional and physical attributes remain aligned with requirements, design, and operational information.
• Keeps all technical and operational documentation related to physical protection and security systems up to date and properly managed.
• Prepares and issues technical reports, including condition and performance analyses, ensuring traceability and supporting decision-making for system optimization.
• Supervises and participates in daily technical operations of physical protection and security systems.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the design, qualification, installation, integration, commissioning and maintenance of new physical protection and security systems (including associated cabling and infrastructure).
• Keeps abreast of technological advances and benchmarks activities to identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities for security systems maintenance.
