As a member of the project management office, you will support the various work packages in their daily work, e.g. by organising and documenting meetings, compiling reports and maintaining the various digital tools used by the project management office. Your specific task will focus on risk and quality management.
About your role:
- Collecting and maintaining the risk register of the PETRA IV project in cooperation with the involved work packages
- Suppervising standardised processes of the PETRA IV project
- Tracking of deliverables and milestones of the PETRA IV project
- Maintaining and follow-up on the documenation, e.g. meeting minutes, implementing good practice in project management
- Preparing and analysing project reports
