The Position

• Support the coordination of PRIME-ARI WP3 development of training material and LEAPS-TECH WP8 industrial outreach activities
• Monitor work plans, deadlines, deliverables, milestones and partner contributions
• Organise meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
• Liaise with project partners, stakeholders and subject-matter experts
• Collect, structure and consolidate technical and administrative contributions
• Support project reporting, documentation, communication and European events
• Prepare training materials based on content supplied by responsible experts and supervisor
• Edit materials for consistency, accessibility, modularity and online use
• Coordinate the review, piloting and refinement of training materials
• Engage relevant suppliers, companies and technology providers, identified by the ILO process
• Organise industry–research-infrastructure workshops and bilateral meetings
• Research market opportunities and collect stakeholder and supplier feedback
