n this role, you will: 

•  Work with Siemens S7-1500 PLCs and the TIA Portal engineering software;
•  Learn and implement PLC control systems using the CERN's UNICOS framework; 
• Develop SCADA applications with Siemens WinCC OA; 
• Use Version Control and Continuous Integration tools (Gitlab CI) to develop, build and test the PLC code;

Skills and/or knowledge

• Experience with Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal; 
• Knowledge of Automation technologies, network protocols and fieldbuses;  
• Knowledge in Python programming;
• Knowledge of Version control (Git repositories) and Continuous Integration techniques (using Gitlab CI);
• Knowledge of Unit and functional tests.

• You have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Automation or Software Engineering (or a related field) by the application deadline.
• Your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
