Monte Carlo simulations of Van der Waals magnets
The project is intended for M2 students, who are interested and motivated to perform research in theoretical physics. Required skills: general background in solid state physics and magnetism.
The student will perform analytical and numerical Monte Carlo simulations for the topical magnetic materials that are currently investigated at ILL.
Requirements
- 5+ years university studies in Physics
This is an internship with a maximum duration of 5 months.
