Joining an HR department that operates as ''HR One'' between Germany and Chile, and arising from an internal reorganization pending the launch of the ESO People Strategy in late 2026, we are seeking to hire a: Human Resources Advisor - Policy and Employee Relations.

Human Resources plays a central role in supporting ESO's strategic objectives by providing a comprehensive, high-quality service to staff and management. As part of a committed HR team, this key Human Resources Advisor position supports HR initiatives, policy development and internal governance matters while contributing directly to our broader transformation initiative. The position works closely with managers, staff representatives and other HR colleagues, and is the line manager of an HR Policy Officer.
