Mer information

CERN Fire and Rescue Service (CFRS) provides around-the-clock emergency services including firefighting, accident response and emergency care and rescue. It is involved in various general safety activities, in particular training, drafting of operational procedures (forward planning, prevention, means of rescue). CFRS also collaborates with the Fire Departments and Emergency Medical Services of France and Switzerland, with whom emergency interventions can be carried out and when possible, exercises are held.

You currently work, and have demonstrated experience, as a professional fire officer in a public or company fire service, in either an urban or industrial, or any other large and organised fire and rescue service environment. Proven experience in the field of fire prevention is a prerequisite.

You have the diplomas and/or certificates (Bachelor or equivalent relevant experience) that bring proof of you being educated and trained as a fire officer. These diplomas and certificates are issued by a public body or a private body acting under the delegation of a public service.
