CERN has an opening for a Project Graduate in the Exhibitions (EXH) section in the Education, Communications and Outreach (ECO) group in the International Relations (IR) sector. The post offers an exciting opportunity to develop content for CERN Science Gateway and its temporary exhibitions.

CERN's exhibition team curates three permanent exhibitions at Science Gateway, taking visitors behind the scenes at CERN and telling the story of our universe, with hands-on experimentation for age 8 and up. The team also develops exhibits for guided visit itineraries at 10 locations across the CERN site and also CERN's travelling exhibitions. The team is the focal point for exchanges with external museums working on CERN-related content and regularly offers objects for loan from CERN's Heritage Collection.

Eligibility criteria:

• You have a professional background in Museum Studies, Science Comm, STEM (or a related field) and have either:
  • a Master's degree with 2 to 6 years of post-graduation professional experience;
  • or a PhD with no more than 3 years of post-graduation professional experience.
