This project involves the development of a cutting-edge RadMon system. The new RadMon device aims to significantly outperform its predecessor in terms of cost efficiency, radiation tolerance, and overall performance, integrating the latest radiation sensor technology.

You will:

- drive the designing, prototyping, and implementation stages of this innovative RadMon system, always with a focus on maintaining a balance between high performance and low production costs;
- conduct a comprehensive radiation test campaign to validate the radiation tolerance of both individual components and the overall system developed;
- organizing and analysing radiation test data from sensor characterization campaigns in relative radiation fields.

Skills and/or knowledge

• Experience in FPGA programming & MCU programming;
• Experience in Electronic hardware development;
• Knowledge of Radiation Effects and dosimetry.

You have a professional background in Electronic Engineering (or a related field) and have either:

• a Master's degree with 2 to 6 years of post-graduation professional experience;
• or a PhD with no more than 3 years of post-graduation professional experience.
